1. Introduction & Scope:
This website is operated by KARAGIR KI KARAGIRI. By accessing this website or placing an export order for our handicraft products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Nature of Handicraft Products:
All our products are 100% handmade by skilled artisans. Due to the unique nature of handicrafts, slight variations in color, size, design, or finish may occur between pieces. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects but are the hallmarks of authentic handmade art.
3. Pricing & Currency:
All prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars) on an FOB basis. Any local import duties, destination taxes, and customs clearance charges in the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Payment Terms:
We accept payments exclusively under the following structure:
- 30% Advance Payment: To be paid via Wire Transfer / SWIFT at the time of order confirmation to initiate production.
- 70% Balance Payment: To be secured by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
This L/C must be opened by the buyer through a prime international bank and confirmed by our designated bank in India within 7 days of order confirmation. Production will not commence until the 30% advance is received. Shipment will be processed only after the 7-day L/C verification and approval.
